I am a professional chef with 24 years of experience in the culinary industry, while my career I have develop different techniques and learned about Asian food, creole, Thai food, Mexican food, molecular concepts. I have worked for different restaurants as Chef in Puerto Rico. I currently Executive Chef of a restaurant focused on healthy food.
I learned to cook by watching my grandmother when I was little. Over time I became very interested in cooking. That's how I decided to study culinary

How can you book my private chef services in Puerto Rico?
To book me in Puerto Rico, click the Book Now button on this page and follow the steps. You'll add your event date, guest count, and any dietary restrictions as you go. Once your request comes through, I read it myself and reply with a menu proposal and the dates I have open.
Do I provide private chef services for events or special occasions?
Yes. I regularly cook for Family reunion and Friends gathering. I handle the menu, the timing, and the setup so the meal fits the kind of event you're throwing. Send me your date and I'll check whether I'm free.
Can the menus accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Chef Carlos did an amazing job. He was able to accommodate our dietary restrictions and was very responsive. All of the food was delicious and bountiful.
