I am a professional chef with 24 years of experience in the culinary industry, while my career I have develop different techniques and learned about Asian food, creole, Thai food, Mexican food, molecular concepts. I have worked for different restaurants as Chef in Puerto Rico. I currently Executive Chef of a restaurant focused on healthy food.
